The Colors History

The Colors, renowned as the proto-seminal band, formed in 1958 in New York City. They are most infamous for shunning the record industry - no known recording of The Colors, either studio or live, exists. They are also infamous for having more changes of line-up than any other band, though the group has always revolved around Polish-born Manhattanite brothers, Alex (Olek) and Isaac (Izio) Moler.

The Tribute Album contains an extended history of The Colors.
